Elkins Marine Training International (EMTI) works in partnership with the University of Phoenix, an accredited institution of higher education offering quality Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degree programs. EMTI provides various training courses that have been evaluated and assessed by the University of Phoenix’s “Prior Learning Assessment Center” to meet “General Education and Elective” credits of a Bachelor’s Degree.
